Join Foodbuy as a Senior Product Manager and unleash your passions to be creative, build relationships, and solve complex problems. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful enterprise‑wide initiatives by managing multiple technology products. You will lead the delivery of business value through building desirable, viable, sustainable products that achieve strategic business goals. Partnering with stakeholders, you will understand problem statements and develop the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs. Within your value stream, you will work closely with Product Owners and technology teams to deliver solutions. Responsibilities
Develop the strategy and vision for multiple products in collaboration with stakeholders and technology architecture aligned with compass strategies. Develop a thorough understanding of the product landscape, business stakeholders, and value stream to identify, develop, and effectively communicate product strategies and roadmap. Perform market research and partner with third‑party vendors to inform and develop the product strategy and roadmap; partner with stakeholders to understand business technology needs and problem statements, building the product roadmap to achieve strategic business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, UX, Architecture, third‑party vendors, and other delivery team members to translate business goals and problem statements into products and solutions. Build epic hypothesis statements and lean business cases for approval through the lean portfolio management process to ensure the right products are being built at the right time, and the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is measured against expected results. Participate in Program Increment (PI) pre‑planning and planning by creating, maintaining, and prioritizing feature backlogs that are aligned with the strategic roadmap. Inform and drive strategic alignment across products and value streams. Partner with Product Directors to manage the budget planning process. Partner with Foodbuy Projects and Training teams to get products and solutions “off the shelf” and operational within the business, and ensure they are supported. Build strong internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the product, including stakeholders, delivery teams, members, and customers. Develop and execute customer‑centric product management planning and documentation, including the product roadmap, stakeholder mapping, customer journey and empathy mapping, and personas. Partner with and mentor other product managers and delivery team members to lead ideation and innovation, encouraging the sharing of creative ideas and learnings from failures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years work‑related product management or equivalent experience. Experience with SAFe or Scrum agile development methodologies. Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans. Experience in working with a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organization. Proven ability to develop strong relationships with business stakeholders. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Proven business analytical capabilities to solve complex business issues.
