Job Summary
Works to ensure parts flow to the appropriate location within the facility physically and in SAP systems: quality, stockroom, remote warehouse, trailer, shipping etc. Responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, picking, packing, and shipping products, materials, tools, supplies equipment. Housekeeping and 5S activities: organize work area for orderliness, sweep, dust, mop as required. Ensure area is accessible and safe for employees and customers. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor. Job Responsibilities
Visually Inspects Parts Picks/Put away parts. Performs cycle counts as required. Updates SAP (computer system) Loads / Unloads trucks according to procedure. Operates manual, powered equipment, forklift trucks and/or cranes to move materials. Packs product by skid, crate, or box to be shipped and processes routine and standard shipping paperwork. Notify Leads or Supervisor of flow or quality problems. Removes and disposes of packing, scrap, material, skids, and cardboard, etc., as necessary. Maintains a clean and safe working environment by proper and timely disposition and storage of materials. Picks parts and/or Packing product into cartons to be shipped. Required Skills
Typically 1–2-year experience in warehouse/stockroom environment 1–2 years powered equipment experience. Preferred Skills
Basic computer skills Education/Training
