Position: Intelligence Planner, Mid
Location: DIA Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling
Clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Experience/education requirement: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with intelligence planning or 7 years of experience with intelligence planning in lieu of degree
Basic Qualifications Experience coordinating analytic support to produce Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products Knowledge of Joint planning and intelligence planning processes, and policy, strategy and plans, including TCPs and TCOs, GCPs, or OPLANs, and U.S. national security policies Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation, and input in the development of global plans
Additional Qualifications Prior experience with the military, especially in a J2 or Combatant Command environment Experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents, such as the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP) Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses
