As An RBT At Lighthouse, You Can Expect To
Deliver personalized ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop therapy plans.
Use creative, play-based techniques in naturalistic environments.
Support children's educational and social success.
Document progress meticulously.
Embody core values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs, move quickly between positions, and communicate effectively.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
Background check and drug test required for safety.
