Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team, contributing to the PDW Quality Assurance program. The ideal candidate will thrive working in an innovative and fast‑paced work environment, have excellent critical thinking skills, and will play a pivotal role in assuring product conformity to PDW’s end users. What You’ll Do

Inspect first articles, in‑process, and final assemblies prior to shipment. Perform visual PCBA inspections to Engineering requirements. Perform inspections on electro‑mechanical assemblies, cables, and wire harnesses. Perform mechanical inspections of machined metal and plastic purchased components. Use precision measuring instruments—including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, and fixtures—to verify in‑process work and conduct detailed inspection of final product. Complete all data inspection control plans using Microsoft Suite and the SharePoint data repository. Assist in all areas of inspection—Receiving, PCBA, Sub‑Assembly, and Final Assembly. Interface with Production Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure purchased components meet PDW Purchase Order and Engineering requirements. Comply with all Company Policies and Quality Management System Procedures. Requirements

Extensive experience inspecting PCBA and wire harness assemblies. Experience with electro‑mechanical assemblies. Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑throughput environment. Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Ability to read and understand technical Engineering documents. Proven ability to complete inspection documentation accurately. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and SharePoint. Strong organizational and time‑management discipline. Problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills. In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment and manual inspection hand tools. Must have good vision, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. Vision testing and correction may be required. This position typically operates in a standard office setting and manufacturing environment. It may involve exposure to equipment, tools, machinery, hazardous chemicals, or materials, as well as outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non‑climate‑controlled environments. May require the use of PPE depending on the environment. Standard working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional overtime as operational needs demand. Compensation and Benefits
