Weyerhaeuser . What You’ll Do
Perform skilled mechanical maintenance, installation, and repairs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot breakdowns and determine effective repair actions. Conduct inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and welding/fabrication as needed. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols, including lockout procedures. Work independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team. What You Bring
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. At least 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance/millwright experience, or equivalent education/experience, or 3 years in a lumber manufacturing environment as a mechanical maintenance/millwright. Proficiency with hand/power tools, precision instruments, and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems. Ability to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and tolerate extreme temperatures. Welding and torch work experience. Familiarity with SAP/S4 preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work any shift, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to safety and continuous learning. Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $28.78–$37.50 per hour plus 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. About the Holden Facility
