Position Description The Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming showroom calls.
Schedule appointments.
Take messages for the sales team.
Greet clients as they enter the showroom.
Maintain a professional attitude.
Answer any client questions.
Direct clients to the appropriate salesperson or location.
Actively participate in skills and knowledge enhancement through Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current automotive industry standards and strategies.
Walk short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff and visitors.
Other duties as assigned by management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum six (6) months experience as a Client Care Center Scheduler.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Strong work ethic.
All applicants must pass pre‑employment testing, including a background check and drug testing.
Schedule 8‑hour shift – Day Shift.
Education/Requirements High school or equivalent.
Salary USD 18 per hour.
