COP Process Wash Operator – 3rd shift

at Siemens Healthineers, Walpole, MA. 3rd shift hours: 9 PM to 5:30 PM ET. Responsible for cleaning equipment used in various manufacturing processes in a controlled environment with PPE.

Key Responsibilities

Operate portable tank COP (Clean‑out‑of‑Place) systems, Steris parts washers, and autoclaves.

Manage the collection of dirty equipment and redistribution of clean equipment to and from work center locations and clean storage areas.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assemble, disassemble, and clean various types of equipment.

Monitor and restock COP chemicals that support the cleaning equipment.

Support manufacturing personnel with various requests.

Follow instructions to ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for use as communicated by the work centers.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Must pass a DEA background check.

Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to lift 45 lbs., and to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Experience working in a clean/controlled manufacturing environment is preferred.

Ability to carefully follow procedures as written and assigned.

Good documentation practices, including legible handwriting.

Attention to detail and good time‑management skills.

Strong communication skills within and across multiple shifts.

Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $31,910 – $47,870 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time.
