Overview
Ketone-IQ is seeking a Growth Manager (TikTok & Affiliates) to architect and execute TikTok Shops and a homegrown affiliate program into a 7-figure acquisition channel. This role will own both the strategic roadmap and day-to-day execution, leading agencies, contractors, and internal associates. Reporting to the CMO, the Growth Manager will be accountable for P&L ownership, channel revenue targets, and building scalable systems that fuse paid media, affiliates, and creator-driven community into a growth flywheel. Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shops Growth
Own and scale TikTok Shops into a high-ROI acquisition channel Run Spark Ads and paid media strategies in tandem with Shop growth Oversee end-to-end creator seeding, UGC testing, and content pipeline optimization
Affiliate Program Growth
Scale Ketone-IQ's homegrown affiliate program into a 7-digit revenue channel Architect tiered affiliate systems (commission-only and hybrid cash + commission) Build and activate affiliate communities (Discord, Whop-style groups, live activations) Design fraud-resistant and compliant processes for onboarding, payouts, and performance tracking
Community & Ecosystem Building
Lead Discord and community-driven growth tactics to scale affiliates and foster loyalty Run affiliate-centric events and activations to boost engagement and drive incremental GMV
Systems & Process Leadership
Architect and optimize CRM, attribution, and reporting systems for affiliates and TikTok Ensure accurate performance tracking across GMV, CAC, ROAS, and incrementality metrics Create SOPs for affiliate lifecycle management: onboarding, retention, reactivation
Team & Partner Management
Manage agencies, contractors, and internal associates to execute at scale Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, finance, and ops teams
Qualifications
5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or affiliate/TikTok program management Proven success scaling TikTok Shops or affiliate programs to $1M+ annual revenue Expertise in affiliate systems design, tiering structures, and fraud-resistant processes Strong command of TikTok paid media (Spark Ads, UGC testing, live selling) Track record of building and managing affiliate communities (Discord, Whop, events) Operator mindset: systems/process fluency (CRMs, dashboards, attribution) Experience managing agencies, contractors, and internal teams LA-based preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates Employment details
