Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr About the Role The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and execute product strategies for biology-related educational and scientific products. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to design and launch new products. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, positioning, and promotion. Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features and benefits. Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, researchers, and industry partners. Qualifications Strong understanding of biological sciences and the ability to translate scientific concepts into marketable products. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using product management software and tools. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to drive product innovation and growth. Required Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the scientific or educational industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching biology-related products or services. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and sales. Prior experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business goals. Education Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
