Bioidentical Business Development Manager

with a passion for changing healthcare through innovative approaches to

bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)

and

healthy aging solutions .

This is

not a people-management role

— instead, it’s a

high-impact, field-based position

focused on

individual sales performance , account development, and provider recruitment.

You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals (MDs, NPs, PAs, office managers) to grow their practices using a proven, science-backed method — combining cutting-edge therapy with tailored business support.

Performance-Based Commission Plan

What You'll Be Doing

Prospect, cold-call, and recruit healthcare providers (physicians, NPs, PAs) into a proven hormone optimization partnership program

Deliver effective, science-based presentations to clinical staff and office teams

Conduct in-office and virtual training on protocols, marketing tools, and patient engagement

Drive account growth, onboarding, and long-term relationship management

Attend regional tradeshows, provider seminars, and industry events

Maintain CRM documentation, sales metrics, and communication logs

Serve as a key point of contact for provider education and support

What You Bring

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in

medical devices, diagnostics, or biotech

Ability to confidently present complex information to healthcare professionals

Skilled in territory development, cold outreach, and strategic selling

Strong communication, time management, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Home-office setup with reliable internet and a valid driver’s license
