POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers a 2-year Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowship. The program is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Johnson & Johnson. The fellowship emphasizes US New Products & Business Development, Analytics, and provides a unique opportunity within the US New Products & Business Development team at Johnson & Johnson. The Fellow will gain experience in analytics and shaping disease area strategy, advancing later-stage internal assets through the pipeline, evaluating external assets for potential licensing or acquisition, and delivering a unified perspective on investment decisions that shape commercial business. University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participation or leadership in Rutgers Fellowship committees. These Fellowships provide a broad professional development opportunity in both corporate and academic environments to promote the role of Pharm.D.’s in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry and help advance your career as a future leader.
