Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with brands to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience. Our technology and services push the industry forward, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV. Tatari is expanding and we’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join the Growth team. The Growth team is responsible for managing and executing TV campaigns (primarily programmatic) for SMB clients at Tatari. You will be responsible for a set number of clients within Tatari’s portfolio and work cross-departmentally to ensure client needs are met with strong management skills. Responsibilities

Manage post-sales relationships for SMB and strategic client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor. Hands-on media planning, execution and optimization within Tatari’s buying platform across Linear & Streaming TV. Listen to clients’ needs, and identify unknown or unmet needs. Become an expert of all-things Tatari (buying, reporting, proprietary measurement, etc.) and leverage internal subject matter experts to help clients prioritize and solve problems. Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, focusing on buying/optimization for business outcomes (CPA, CAC, & ROAS), education on key concepts and strategies, and training on Tatari’s platform. Participate actively in client meetings as the expert voice on TV. Spend significant time with clients and build relationships with C-level executives. Qualifications

Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution, preferably in business, statistics, data analytics, or economics 2+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions 1-2 years of experience buying/trading within digital/programmatic buying platforms (DSPs, etc.) Experience working with performance-minded clients (brands and/or agencies), with a focus on optimizing for business outcomes such as CPA, CAC, & ROAS Solid understanding of Streaming TV buying and the overall landscape; bonus for Linear Ability to clearly communicate technical terms and concepts Strong presentation and listening skills; preparation for every meeting Comfortable conversing with engineers or marketing managers; not a salesperson Highly organized and detail-oriented Bonus: understanding of TV and digital marketing (e.g., SEM, FB), advanced Excel skills, and advanced data visualization abilities Total compensation: $80,000-$110,000 annually Equity compensation Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents Unlimited PTO and sick days Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office Team building events $1,000 annual continued education benefit Monthly lifestyle spending reimbursements FSA and commuter benefits Monthly Company Wellness Day Off Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week.
