Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio Update and project job costs Process change events & associated change orders Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices Assist superintendent with site logistics & management What You Will Bring to Scorpio
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field strongly preferred 5+ years of construction project management experience Expertise in construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering practices Must have strong presentation skills What Scorpio Offers
