Lead financial coordination for initiatives — consolidating inputs and developing funding requests. Manage complex projects by aligning sourcing, finance, technology, and business teams to deliver cohesive outcomes. Drive approval processes and maintain momentum across all project milestones. Motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives. Apply strong financial acumen and persuasive communication to guide decision-making. Required Skills & Experience
Proven Project Management experience within a technical or financial environment Strong Excel and Financial Analysis expertise Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Clarizen, and Oracle Fusion Track record of managing large and complex initiatives Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
PeopleSoft, ChangePortal / BRM Tool (Benefits Realization Metrics) Experience with AI tools (Copilot) Data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI Soft Skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities Strong motivational and leadership qualities Skilled in conflict resolution and critical thinking Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Education & Certifications
Relevant experience may substitute for formal education PMP certification preferred Seniority level
