What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead the evolution of the benefits platform, focusing on internal tools, external integrations, and data pipelines

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new provider integrations and expansion opportunities

Define and prioritize the roadmap for benefit sourcing, enrollment, and renewal automation

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration requirements and system specifications

Monitor performance metrics to drive optimization and scalability across benefit systems

What is Required (Qualifications):

Extensive Product Management experience, ideally in benefits, payroll, or HR tech

Strong technical skills with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows

Proficiency in SQL for data validation and insights

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Passion for remote work and global accessibility

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience with remote work and understanding of asynchronous work environments

Familiarity with user‑focused product development and customer needs analysis

Experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships with benefit providers
