Join us and make a difference in National Security. Here at Leidos Facility Services Contract we are in search of a Facility Watch Officer with a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Responsibilities
Lead and communicate all efforts monitored and performed by the facilities team during their shift. Manage the Facility Control Center on a 24/7 basis. Serve as the main point of contact for facilities in support of mission critical operations. Support a non-standard 12.5 hour shift that rotates days within a two-week pay period (no more than three consecutive days without notice). Maintain the NSAG Facility Control Center (FCC), observing and reporting findings on building automation systems including mechanical, electrical, fire and generator monitoring systems. Record all findings and maintenance operations in a communications log for reporting, briefing, and historical tracking. Act as the FCC’s direct line for customer service calls, logging customer concerns or requests into the service ticket database for proper scheduling and performance. Communicate effectively with customers and all team members; take lead of the facilities team when higher supervision or management is not available. Possess and maintain a current TS/SCI clearance with Poly. Week 1 schedule: Mon/Tue ON; Wed/Thu/Fri OFF; Sat/Sun ON. Week 2: Mon/Tue OFF; Wed/Thu/Fri ON; Sat/Sun OFF. Shift hours: Day 0600–1800 or Night 1800–0600; Night Shift 5:30pm–6:00am; Normal Business Hours 7:00–3:30pm. Basic Qualifications
High School diploma with less than 1 year of experience or College / Military equivalent training. Basic knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to obtain TS/SCI with Poly. Preferred Qualifications
Licensed member of mechanical or electrical trade. Building Automation Systems Certification. Experience with EMCS/ICS systems such as Metasys, SCADA, Cummins, and/or Simplex automation systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efforts. Compensation
$18.00 - $27.00 Hourly + SCA Allowance. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
