ProSidian Seeks a Quality Assurance and Oversight Consultant [DOE0128127] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. The role supports Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This position may be Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight and General Support Services under Job Task Category 06 Assistant Manager for Tank Waste and Waste Treatment (AMTWO/AMWTP) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO). ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time employed W-2 position. Job Overview Provide services and support as a Quality Assurance and Oversight Consultant for General Support Services (GSS) at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) focusing on Environmental Management, working with DOE–EM/DOE-EMCBC in Richland, WA and the Pacific Northwest region. Tank waste and treatment support drives safe remediation, compliance, and innovation—contributing to Hanford cleanup mission success. Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct audits, surveillances, manage corrective actions, and maintain QAP procedures. Support Program Office #06 for AMTWO/AMWTP under Job Task #06.12. Provide mentorship and integrate quality assurance processes to ensure nuclear safety standards are met; guide improvements to project performance and safety standards at the Hanford Site. Support quality assurance oversight for Department of Energy and Hanford Field Office requirements, including programmatic technical, project controls, and business support functions. Operate as part of the engagement team with an approximately 1 FTE in this ProSidian engagement; work located in the Pacific Northwest, Richland, WA (subject to change or remote work as approved). Qualifications Desired Qualifications: 6–10+ years QA experience; DOE/NQA-1 preferred. Education/Experience: BS or equivalent; QA certifications beneficial. The role aligns with Environmental Management Sector requirements and the AMTWO/AMWTP functional areas. Skills & Competencies Auditing, corrective actions, QA documentation, and program management support. Objectivity, attention to detail, persistence. Ancillary Details Establish supplier qualification plans; QA oversight consulting; tasks may vary due to staffing changes. Travel: as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing by the CO in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security: ProSidian personnel may require a DOE clearance; facilities clearance for team members, as applicable. Place of Performance: Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some approved remote support. Government-furnished resources: office space, workstations, and software provided at HFO. Other Details Supplier/field travel as needed.
