Student Position Primary Responsibilities

SPORT PROGRAMS ASSISTANT Assist with IM Complex duties. Ensure facilities at the IM Complex are opened and closed as needed. Assisting officials on duty as needed. Able to officiate games as needed and perform official duties in the following manner: Must have good rapport with the players. Able to make consistent calls, which reflect what you know and have learned through training. Always be ready to move and hustle on every play and be in position to make the calls. Must be able to maintain control of the game. The goal for the Sport Programs Assistant role is to be transitioned into IM Supervisor ($11/hr) once proven ready for promotion Qualifications

General: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skill: Attending training clinics for respective sport. Physical: Able to set-up and breakdown equipment for respective sport and hustle throughout the time your officiating. All interested students must fill-out an online student employment application.
