Rate of pay: $15.00 – $19.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives in assigned focus area.
Provide direct instruction, coaching and supervision of participants.
Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
Monitor and assess participant progress. Maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-lingual skills
Experience working with children, youth, and families. Youth programming, coaching, or instruction field
One-year experience in related program field.
