$95,000 - $130,000 / year Core Responsibilities: Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for transportation projects Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to successfully complete projects Lead project teams involving engineers, designers, and field personnel Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients and stakeholders Assist in proposal preparation, including scope, schedule, and budget Ensure projects meet specifications, codes, and client requirements Review and approve proposals, contracts, and cost estimates Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource sharing Prepare reports and technical documents clearly and concisely Perform independent reviews of work and calculations Take ownership of projects from inception to completion Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years experience in transportation planning and design Professional Civil Engineering license (P.E.) Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and similar software Excellent communication skills Proven ability to meet deadlines and budgets Self-motivated and detail-oriented Willing to work on local projects or in collaboration with other offices Why Join Horrocks?
