HVAC Maintenance Technician

Position : HVAC Maintenance Technician
Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required occasionally
Pay : $23.00-29.00 hourly, depending on experience

What You\'ll Be Doing:
Performing routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You\'ll represent the company with professionalism, provide a positive customer experience, and help identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
HVAC training or education strongly preferred
Valid driver\'s license and insurable driving record
EPA Certification
Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
