Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed) ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Hourly Wage:
