F&I Manager (Business Manager)
Sunset Ford is looking for a motivated and energetic F&I Manager to join our award‑winning team.
Responsibilities
Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
Maintain full knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Maintain required certifications and professional proficiency.
Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals to customers.
Accurately audit team deals post‑sale.
Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
Requirements
College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation, verbal, and written presentation skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
