Responsibilities
Maintain all H.B. Fuller quality and safety programs
Supervise production team members and ensure shift goals are met
Collaborate with plant leadership to establish and achieve annual objectives
Manage team performance in alignment with company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Communicate effectively across shifts and departments
Monitor production metrics and drive accountability
Lead and develop team members to foster engagement and performance
Support weekend and off-shift operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of leadership experience at H.B. Fuller as a Team Leader, or 5+ years of external production experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams and meet production deadlines
Proficient in basic math and spreadsheet tools
Willingness to work required hours, including some weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or business
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred)
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a manufacturing leadership role

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.
