Retail Stocking Team Supervisor – Full‑Time
Join Burlington Stores, Inc. in the Back of House / Receiving team as a Full‑Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor. This leadership role is the stepping stone to a management career within our expanding organization. The main leader and director of the Back of House area will work closely with Store Management and your retail career will grow with training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
Maintain back‑of‑house cleanliness, set‑up, and organization to standard.
Reinforce asset‑protection strategies and promote safety for customers and associates.
Build a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
Direct associates and workload while holding accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection.
Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
Full‑time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Location Grapevine, Texas – 3000 Grapevine Mills, 76051
Compensation Base pay $15.50 – $17.50 per hour. Full‑time associate benefits included above.
