Customer Service Officer (Bank / $3.5k) #HKC

Location:

Fort Canning Downtown / Clarke Quay MRT Working Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | 1.5-hour lunch break Salary:

Up to $3,500 + 1-month bonus (based on attendance & performance)

Responsibilities

Assist clients with login issues (guide on login, reissue User ID/Password)

Handle inbound calls; outbound calls as needed

Understand client transactions (outstanding amounts, sales proceeds, contra profit/losses)

Advise clients on necessary forms to complete

Resolve client queries and complaints professionally

Requirements

Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Administration, Hospitality, or related field

Customer service experience is strongly preferred
