Overview This is a Shift Manager position for a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, is the employer responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift.
Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
Compensation Starting rate $19.50/hour

15–25 days paid vacation
