Client Service Associate (CSA)

plays a key role in supporting advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position bridges financial planning, investment management, and tax coordination by handling day-to-day client service requests, account administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment focused on delivering seamless service. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account maintenance, and service requests. Assist advisors with onboarding new clients, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Coordinate between the

wealth management

and

tax teams

to ensure consistency in client data, documentation, and planning strategies. Process account openings, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates with custodians and financial institutions. Prepare reports, performance summaries, and supporting documentation for client reviews. Support tax season activities, including gathering client documents, coordinating e-signatures, and organizing deliverables. Data entry in QuickBooks and Drake tax software. Maintain compliance with firm policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional service Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management, financial planning, or tax services, preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and custodian platforms (e.g., SEI, Fidelity, Redtail, etc.) is a plus. Seniority level
