Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant
to join our
mission-driven marketing and outreach team

As a
Public Relations & Communications Assistant
, you’ll support campaigns that
promote nonprofit initiatives, raise awareness, and engage communities . You’ll gain experience in
media outreach, content creation, community engagement, and event coordination
, preparing you for a career in
PR, communications, marketing, or nonprofit management . Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing
public relations campaigns, media outreach, and communication strategies
Support nonprofit clients with
community engagement initiatives and outreach events
Draft, edit, and distribute communications including emails, press releases, and social media posts
Build and maintain relationships with
media contacts, community leaders, and stakeholders
Help coordinate
events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
Track communications and PR metrics to measure engagement and effectiveness
Maintain a
professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, professional, and organized
Comfortable in
high-energy, face-to-face environments
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be
18 years or older
and authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required

Preferred (but not required): Background in
marketing, communications, customer service, or volunteer work
Interest in
