They have an excellent track record with staff. The most recent assistant is leaving after 10 yrs to become a full-time mother. About the Role:
This is a
hybrid PA position , blending
remote work
with travel and in-person support across the family’s multiple estates
in California, New York, South America, Hawaii , as well as other locations. The PA will play a key role in managing
scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, and acting as a liaison
between project managers, staff, and service providers. The role requires an individual with
impeccable judgment , capable of seamlessly managing the demands of a
dynamic household
while respecting the family’s
deeply private, low-profile lifestyle . About the Principal:
The client is a
writer, filmmaker, and mother , deeply involved in the design, renovation, and management of multiple properties. She is
intellectually curious, creative, and warm, with a great sense of humor . The PA will work closely with her, handling everything from
email management and scheduling
to overseeing logistics and projects. The role requires
someone who thrives in an environment where no task is too small or too complex . Her husband is a
visionary entrepreneur, investor and one of the earliest figures in the crypto space , with a global presence in finance and technology. While he has his own dedicated EA/PA team, there will be coordination required for scheduling and logistics. The Family & Lifestyle:

above all else. Key Responsibilities:
Full email and calendar management
– proactively handling correspondence and scheduling. Liaising with household and estate staff
across multiple US and international properties. Overseeing renovation and interior design projects including burgeoning art collection
– acting as a bridge between the principal and project teams. Managing personal errands and ad-hoc requests
with efficiency and discretion. Occasionally traveling
to the family’s homes (mostly CA, NY, HI) for
immersive onboarding and ongoing support . Ideal Candidate:
5-15 years’ experience as a Private PA , including
in-home PA experience
at a high level. Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills
– must be highly articulate. Unflappable, proactive, and highly discreet
– understands the balance between professionalism and warmth. Experience working with
UHNW families , with no sense of being "wowed" by the wealth, lifestyle, or properties. Strong moral character
– loyal, kind, and eager to serve without ego. No task is too big or too small
– must be happy to roll up sleeves while also managing high-level logistics. Savvy, adaptable, and intelligent
– capable of handling the unexpected with grace. Emotionally mature and level-headed
– able to navigate a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Bilingual Spanish a big plus Must be based in the U.S.
