Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, warmth, and just the right amount of charm. Support and train new front desk team members. Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally. Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest-ready. What We Are Looking For
Customer service experience – People skills and patience to keep things running smoothly. Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence. Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet. Atrium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
