As a Front Desk Attendant at the WELL Spa + Salon at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll greet and check guests in and out, book appointments, sign up and renew memberships.
Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. What will you be doing?
Check guests in and out for spa appointments
Provide accurate and appropriate information to guests and customers
Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system
Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues or report complaints to management
Promptly answer telephone in a professional and clear manner
Input all information into computers to communicate guest requests and complaints
Answer guest questions regarding area or resort, outlet information, and services
Perform additional duties as assigned
What do you bring to the role?
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior spa experience preferred
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have the ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment while multitasking
Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
