Data Entry Order Processor position at our headquarter branch location in Torrance, CA Enagic is a Japan-based leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines. No experience needed, just need to be very "tech-savvy" (chats, emails, social media). Job Duties:
Agent will assist with answering all questions or concerns to do with Sales, Commissions, Service, Finance, Collections, Operation of units, Ukon products that may be received by email, live chat, and/or phone calls. U.S and Canada commissions only, refer all other customers to appropriate Branch offices. Update customers about events, promotions, upcoming changes Filter and Supply order inquiries via email, phone or live chat- cancellations, delivery changes, returns, refunds, etc. Website accuracy/ensure accurate information is online and updated accordingly- report as needed to Manager Verify customer/distributor information in the Enagic System is correct and up to date Provide tracking information of products- Ukon, machine, supplies. DSP Backoffice and EWS Backoffice assistance Ensure all customer accounts are connected through Name and Representative ID# Aggregation via E.S Report any GWS issues Qualification
High School Education Over 1 year experience in managing data and taking orders over the phone Must be flexible to work on weekends Must be well organized Work independently and work within in team environment. Basic computer skills Keep information confidential Comply with data integrity and security policies Seniority level
