The Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including administrative duties, customer service interactions, and office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Maintain and organize office files and documents
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support team members with various administrative tasks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
