Responsibilities
Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
Take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, licensing guidelines and company standards.
Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support your center’s success.
Qualifications
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Ability to meet state educational requirements and our childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
Lead Teacher: $15.81 – $16.42.
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full‑time employees; limited medical for part‑time.
Education assistance: tuition reimbursement and certification.
401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, child‑care discount available to all employees.
Monday–Friday work week.
