As a
Skiptown Support Skipper , you'll set the tone for every guest experience. From greeting clients and answering questions to managing bookings and supporting smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, you'll make sure everything runs seamlessly at the front desk. If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating great first impressions, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service
Answer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events
Assist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check‑ins and check‑outs
Manage bookings and reservations using Skiptown's software
Process payments for services, memberships, and retail sales
Promote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offers
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest‑ready
Communicate updates and important information between guests and team members
Document and escalate guest concerns or incidents as needed

You're calm under pressure and great at problem‑solving
You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
Bonus If You Have
Customer service, hospitality, or front desk/concierge experience
Experience in a pet care environment or knowledge of pet services
Familiarity with scheduling or booking software
Musts & Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts
Ability to safely lift and handle up to 30 lbs
Comfortable working in an environment with dogs, pet hair, and occasional messes
