Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Social Worker to join our team in Beverly, MA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. Responsibilities
Provide social work services, including mental, behavioral, and psychological treatment, to patients and families. Services may be provided in individual or group settings and can be delivered virtually or in person. Complete assessments or evaluations for mental health disorders and development, and contribute to the review and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans. Assist patients and families to change behaviors and to locate and access interpersonal, family, and community resources to manage health and well-being. In a team setting, provide community education and awareness and/or consultation to staff and other health care professionals regarding methods to help patients recognize and overcome barriers to health and well-being. Master\'s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, Counseling, or equivalent human services graduate degree Eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
