Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always-warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. You won’t just prepare fresh food—you’ll help a family have a great meal. What you’ll do

Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and adapts to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

Be an Owner: Drives area performance; manages equipment and high expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; assists customers per company policies.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as an advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses open-door policy and applies these in business processes and practices.

Completes assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; prioritizes tasks and communicates progress; seeks opportunities for improvement and adapts to change and feedback.
