At EKN, Data Coordinators are responsible for analyzing data, recordkeeping, database management, and coordination between multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, data management, driven, outgoing, and willing to learn.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Permits and Compliance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely submission of necessary forms and related documents and ensuring compliance with FAA standards and regulations.
Job Description
Will assist with FAA Obstruction Evaluation processes.
Entering data into our permit and compliance systems accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy of data records.
Monitor data entry processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintaining data entry log and tracking systems.
Troubleshooting data entry issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and database systems
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure Customer data is accurately generated, tracked and delivered in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and/or other customer contractual requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data submission forms and paperwork.
Coordinate and communicate data exceptions with team leads and with customer data management counterparts and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency with the following programs is required: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access and Outlook office.
Must be accurate and accountable in completing assigned tasks.
Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A working knowledge of permits and compliance regulations is a plus.
Experience working with the FAA is a plus.
