Main Mission: Ensures that SCOOP is properly used in the plant and related SILS. Works with key-users to continuously enhance adherence to core model. Main Activities: Ensure that safety policies are understood and respected within the area of responsibilities. Ensures that SCOOP is properly used in the plant and related SILS. Monitors and enforce adherence to SCOOP CORE Model. Controls, with key-user, that all flows are properly managed in the system with information flows synchronized with physical flows. Make sure documentation is always up-to-date. Provides regular feedback about SCOOP to the plant management committee and the country/BU ID manager. Alerts plant management and country/BU IS Manager should some deviation be observed. Leads the SCOOP key-users network onsite. Organizes frequent SCOOP follow-up meetings with key-users. Ensures key-users perform their missions in accordance with their job description. Reports issues to Plant Director and country/BU IS Manager. Communicates any change in key-users team to central change management team and support structure. Coordinates the first level support with key-users. Participates to support structure reviews. Have SCOOP users trained and assessed. Coordinates SCOOP training for any new SCOOP users or existing user changing functional perimeter. Identifies key-user training needs. Takes care that new functionalities broadcasted by IS Department to the key-users are taken into consideration and communicated to end-users (when applicable to site). Establishes, with key-users, the list of SAP authorizations needed for a user, according to his activities in the system, and fill authorization form to start validation workflow. Guarantees compliance with segregation of duties on our systems. Coordinates/leads local ITS Progress Plan. Qualifications
Good understanding of SCOOP Previous experience as a key user (preferred) Computer literacy (SAP, Excel, Access) Customer oriented Team-spirited Able to work autonomously Open to new ideas As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
