The Role As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base. You’ll focus on lead generation, business door-to-door prospecting, building long-term relationships, and closing new contracts. This position has a nice based salary and commissions on top of that.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through

business door-to-door outreach

and direct client engagement

Build and maintain relationships with property managers, leasing agents, and decision makers

Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales

Meet and exceed monthly growth targets; 8+ new customers using our proven sales system.

Keep customers retention rates at 95% or better

Cross-sell 5% of our customers on a monthly basis.

Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven success in

business door-to-door sales or business development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-starter with a hunter’s mentality — motivated to succeed

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

Familiarity with multifamily/apartment or service industries (a plus, but not required)

Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, cleaners and admin team.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary at $28/$32/hr +

uncapped commission

Some of our sales executives make from $1300-$4500/month in commissions alone.
