40% - Program Support and Space Utilization Equipment/Furniture Acquisition and Moves Coordination: supports furniture selection and acquisition, vendor visits, quotes, purchase orders, budgeting, and scheduling deliveries; coordinates CHES furniture standards with Campus Purchasing and CHES programs; coordinates with CHES Facilities Operations on impacts, inventory control, and warehouse utilization; facilitates PO processing; budgets and coordinates moves; coordinates bids from moving vendors; acts as liaison for programs being moved. DSAS Facility Oversight and Space Utilization: manages DSAS space utilization requests and facility assessments; client manager for projects and moves; annual inventory coordination; point of contact for DSAS space inquiries; maps space use to staffing; drafts MOUs for space changes; evaluates spaces, prioritizes needs, and issues work orders; coordinates decanting plans as needed; serves as key coordinator within DSAS units. 30% - Capital and Major Maintenance Project Support Supports all phases of the design and construction process for CHES and DSAS Capital and Major Maintenance projects; manages project activities with stakeholders; attendance at weekly construction meetings; communicates requirements; evaluates design and construction changes for long-term benefits; coordinates access and lock planning; maintains keys; escorts during site walks; mitigates scheduling conflicts. 15% - Financial Oversight Tracks progress of work orders; reconciles costs to budgets; manages select project budgets; monitors expenditures; provides cost estimates for planned scopes; approves expenditures against project funds. 15% - Inspection and Analysis Inspects facilities for compliance; supports analysis and reporting on facilities renewal and planning; may drive campus vehicles as needed. Required Qualifications

Demonstrated administrative research and analysis experience. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of financial accounting principles. Experience with project management from conceptualization to completion. Ability to analyze complex information and set priorities; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects with interruptions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a large, diverse management team and various stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Office, FileMaker Pro, Google Suite, email, and basic spreadsheet skills. Discretion in handling confidential information; sound judgment. Experience facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders; ability to present to internal and external groups. Ability to develop short- and long-term plans; problem-solving and intercultural competence. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications

Physical, environmental, and/or facilities management and planning experience. Experience in a college, university, or residential environment. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
