ViralSweep isn’t steady-state SaaS—it’s

campaign-driven, deadline-bound, compliance-sensitive, and seasonal . You’ll own day-to-day product outcomes for ViralSweep across

enterprise and Shopify SMB

segments: prioritizing the roadmap, shipping fast, and tying work directly to

ARR, retention, and margin . Expect to jump into select customer and sales conversations when it

moves the number , and to turn messy one-offs into scalable workflows and guardrails.

What You’ll Do

Own the roadmap: Maintain a clear, outcome-oriented backlog across enterprise and SMB needs

Drive discovery: Run interviews, frame problems, and write tight PRDs/specs

Ship quality fast: Scope MVPs, iterate quickly with Eng/Design, and prove impact with metrics

Be revenue-minded: Connect features to acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion; make smart trade-offs vs. ARR/margin goals

Support GTM: Join key sales calls, craft demos, and enable Success with playbooks/collateral

Make commercial calls: Decide on refunds/credits within guidelines; convert patterns into product fixes

Integrate for distribution: Deepen Shopify and ecosystem integrations to drive stickiness

Keep it compliant: Coordinate with experts on jurisdictional rules, fraud prevention, and privacy

Instrument & learn: Define success metrics, run experiments, and publish results

What You’ll Need

Experience: 3–5 years as a B2B SaaS PM (MarTech/eCommerce ideal); we’ll consider a 1–2 year founder-type with strong commercial instincts

Commercial sharpness: Comfort making calls on pricing/packaging, refunds, and custom work with imperfect data

Customer-facing strength: Confident in demos, objection handling, and partnering with Sales/Success

Execution chops: Crisp PRDs, MVP scoping, fast shipping, analytics instrumentation, and clear reporting

US-market alignment: Excellent written English and intuition for US marketing/compliance tone

Ecosystem savvy: Working knowledge of Shopify, promotions workflows, fraud/risk, and data privacy basics
