They’re highly funded, raising over $1 billion of capital to date and are at the forefront of testing and certification—having already flown both aircraft internationally achieving some of the world’s first in‑flight milestones.

They’re looking for an Aerospace Conformity Program Manager—a highly skilled professional who thrives in complex, regulated environments and loves seeing projects through to the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll be a critical link between engineering, quality, certification teams, suppliers, and the FAA, ensuring every part, system, and aircraft meets stringent conformity requirements on the path to certification.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage FAA conformity inspections for type and product certification programs.

Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure every detail meets FAA and internal standards.

Coordinate directly with FAA representatives (DARs/DERs) and suppliers to maintain alignment.

Oversee documentation, traceability, and inspection readiness for all aircraft parts and assemblies.

Create and manage project schedules and budgets tied to FAA milestones.

Proactively identify risks and roadblocks and implement smart solutions.
