The Compliance Analyst will join the growing compliance team and help establish, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include surveillance and monitoring of trading activity, staff training and onboarding, documenting policies, managing regulatory reporting and communication, administering existing policies, and monitoring regulatory developments and best practices. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment preferred Ability to work independently, highly organized with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong knowledge of key compliance areas and proficiency with spreadsheets Compensation
Annual base salary: $75,000 – $100,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus or benefits. Total compensation includes base salary and a discretionary bonus.
