We are looking for an experienced TikTok Live Stream Operations Supervisor to lead our specialist team in New York. This role involves managing the setup and daily operations of live streams, optimizing viewer engagement, and driving brand growth on the TikTok platform. Responsibilities:
Team and Operations Management:
Oversee the setup and management of live streams, including team supervision. Platform Expertise:
Master TikTok live streaming procedures and equipment, managing daily brand live stream operations. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to TikTok's rules, avoiding prohibited content and sensitive topics. Content and Strategy:
Develop effective live stream strategies, including product highlights and marketing scripts. Audience Engagement:
Leverage experience to increase live stream exposure and viewer numbers. Performance Optimization:
Manage the entire live stream process, adjusting strategies in real-time to optimize performance. Cross-Department Coordination:
Communicate and collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness in strategies. Requirements:
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Experience:
Over 1 year of live stream operations experience; international experience and apparel project experience are advantages. Social Media Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Western social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. Industry Experience:
Experience in the fashion consumer goods industry; capable of brand collaboration and business development. Communication Skills:
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills. Leadership:
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Benefits include healthcare insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and flexible schedule.
