Senior M&A Analyst / Corporate Development Associate

About the Opportunity We’re building a leading regional services platform through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The Senior M&A Analyst will be a core member of the Corporate Development team, supporting the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and valuation to diligence and integration planning. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, direct exposure to C-suite executives, and the opportunity to drive tangible business impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Own the deal pipeline

— track, evaluate, and manage acquisition opportunities from initial contact through close.

Run the numbers

— build and refine financial models, perform valuations, and prepare board-level analyses.

Drive execution

— assist in structuring LOIs, coordinating diligence, and preparing investment committee materials.

Partner across teams

— work closely with Operations, Finance, and functional leaders to ensure smooth execution and integration.

Research & identify targets

— analyze markets and competitors to uncover new opportunities for expansion.

Tell the story

— create clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership and investors.

What You Bring

3 + years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or transaction advisory.

Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and modeling techniques.

Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (CRM tools such as Salesforce a plus).

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced credentials (MBA, CPA, CFA) a plus.
