As our ABA Technician, you will be collaborating with staff and caregivers in the residential group homes to teach, model and reinforce positive behaviors through the Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) model. Location:
Residential group homes in the Merrimack Valley Schedule:
Monday – Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm. This position is benefit eligible as of date of hire. Compensation range:
This is a 40-hour non-exempt full-time position. The pay range is $22.50 – 25.30 per hour. As our ABA Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Clinician to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with the clinical team to conduct skill assessments, prepare intervention materials, and support training initiatives as needed. Conduct regular record reviews for new and existing clients to ensure compliance and treatment accuracy. Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports to support clinical evaluation and ongoing treatment planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in Psychology or a related field Or High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience working within the intellectual and developmental disability community Registered Behavior Technical (RBT) certification preferred Experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English to accurately follow the Individual Service Plan (ISP), document services provided, and communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals Valid driver’s license in good standing with minimum of 1 year driving experience Waystone Health & Human Services is a 501c3, nonprofit, human services organization supporting youth and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; acquired brain injuries; and mental health diagnoses.
