Dealership: L0786 Hill Country Honda. Now hiring F&I Managers! Estimated Annual Earnings: $111,000-$303,500. Sales Department Hours: Mon-Sat 7 am-9 pm. We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. We are a team-oriented dealership that values positive energy and exemplary customer service. Must have experience in the auto industry, knowledge of F&I regulations, and maintain high customer service satisfaction. This position is designed for someone who is confident, independent, and driven to win. Industry leading compensation and benefits are offered. 2+ years of dealership finance experience required; prior automotive sales management experience is a plus. Automotive F&I experience in a dealership setting preferred but not required. CDK experience is a plus. Documentation of current and past performance; self-motivated with strong desire to succeed. Excellent customer service and communication skills; professional presentation; ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service. Benefits
